Is this the first photo from, and of, an iPhone 5?. Phones, iPhone 5, Apple 1

Ladies and gentleman, if reports ring true, your eyes are feasting on both the first published picture taken from an iPhone 5, and also of the iPhone 5 itself. Confused? You should be.
The image on the left, PocketNow has discovered, is one taken from a device labelled as the iPhone 4 in its EXIF data, but with specs anything but the current iPhone.
It is, instead, a crop of a 3264x2448 image (measuring 2235x2291 when uploaded by its taker) that suggests an 8-megapixel snapper. It also has a lens reading of 4.3mm f/2.4, as opposed to the iPhone 4's 3.85mm f/2.8.
However, This is My Next takes the story a step further. In fact, one of its readers does. He processed the image to straighten out the curved reflection, thus revealing a chap taking the photo with what appears to be a phone (the image on the right). The first shot of the iPhone 5? You can be the judge of that.
But be aware that the data also points at the location of the photo being taken - Building 1, 1 Infinite Loop. Apple HQ.
We love this story. Would any other phone, other than the iPhone 5, have enough pull to make people go to the effort of sorting through EXIF photo data, or partaking in heavy image processing - just to see barely visible reflection of what might turn out to be the next-gen Apple handset?
We doubt it, fanboy dedication knows no boundaries.
What is certain is that, if the origin side of the story is true, Apple's canteen serves up better lunch than the gruel that we get in a bowl at Pocket-lint HQ. We'd kill for a bit of sushi.
